AI that makes life-or-death decisions in milliseconds
HODOR isn't a chatbot or simple automation. It's a real-time decision intelligence layer that verifies threats, filters noise, and escalates emergencies when you can't respond.
What makes HODOR different
Not a chatbot
No conversations, no prompts—just intelligent action
Not simple automation
Context-aware intelligence, not if-then rules
Real-time decision layer
Instant threat verification and smart escalation
Master–Slave architecture
HODOR uses a distributed intelligence model where devices sense and the cloud reasons.
Device (Slave)
Your SAKHA device handles raw sensing—motion detection, vital signs, environmental monitoring. It's the eyes and ears.
- •Continuous low-power monitoring
- •Local event detection
- •Basic noise filtering
- •Secure data transmission
Cloud/Phone (Master)
HODOR intelligence runs in the cloud and on your phone, processing context, verifying threats, and making escalation decisions.
- •Context-aware reasoning
- •Pattern matching and ML models
- •Confidence scoring
- •Intelligent escalation
How HODOR makes decisions
Raw Sensor Input
Data streams from SAKHA: motion vectors, heart rate spikes, environmental changes, manual triggers.
Noise Filtering
HODOR filters out everyday movements (tripping, sports, exercise) using learned patterns and contextual clues.
Pattern Matching
Compares current event against known threat signatures: forced movement, sudden impact with no recovery, sustained stress signals.
Confidence Scoring
Assigns a threat probability score (0-100%). High confidence events trigger immediate alerts; medium confidence prompts user verification.
Escalation Decision
If threat is confirmed (or you don't respond to verification), HODOR instantly alerts your trusted circle with location, evidence, and action steps.
Fail-safe by design
HODOR is built to protect you even when things go wrong.
No response = Auto escalation
If you can't respond to verification prompts within 15 seconds, HODOR assumes emergency and escalates automatically.
Network failure fallback
When internet or cellular fails, HODOR triggers SMS alerts and stores evidence locally for later transmission.
Power loss protection
Before battery dies, SAKHA sends final location and status update. Emergency mode extends life by 48 hours.
Continuous learning
HODOR learns from your feedback on false positives to improve accuracy while maintaining sensitivity to real threats.
